Leave a Google Review and Build a Local Listing
Two guides in one place: how to leave a review for Mindful AI Media Creations on Google, and the steps to build a strong local listing for your own business in New York City, New Jersey, or Connecticut.
How to leave us a review on Google
Reviews from real clients are the most useful thing you can give a small business. If we have worked together, here is exactly how to post one — it takes about two minutes.
Open our Google profile
Use the button above to go straight to our verified Google Maps listing for Mindful AI Media Creations. You can also search "Mindful AI Media Creations" on Google or Google Maps.
Sign in to your Google account
Reviews are tied to a Google account, so you will be asked to sign in first. If you do not have one, creating a free account takes a couple of minutes.
Scroll to the reviews section
On our profile, scroll to the reviews area and tap the "Write a review" button. A star rating box appears.
Pick a star rating
Choose the rating that reflects your experience, from one to five stars. It saves as you go, so you can finish later if you need to.
Write what you experienced
A few honest sentences help the most: what you hired us for, how the work went, and who you would recommend us to. Keep it in your own words.
Add photos or details (optional)
If you worked with us on something visible — a website, a listing, a campaign — you can attach a photo or mention it by name. Then click Post.
Google only shows reviews from verified profiles, and posting is subject to Google's review policies. If you had a problem, tell us first at 917-203-5019 — we would rather fix it than find out from a star rating.
Steps to build a local listing for your business
The same listing customers use to review us is what puts a business on the map. These steps build a Google Business Profile the right way, for storefronts and service-area businesses alike.
Claim or create your Google Business Profile
Go to business.google.com and search for your business name and address. If a profile already exists, claim it and verify it. If not, create one.
Choose the right business category
Pick the primary category that matches what customers search for, such as "dog groomer" or "marketing agency." Add secondary categories only when they genuinely apply.
Fill in complete, consistent details
Use the exact business name, one phone number, your website, and your hours everywhere. Mixed versions of your name or phone across the web weaken local visibility.
Set your service area
Storefronts show an address; businesses that visit customers set a service area instead, listing the towns, boroughs, or counties they actually serve.
Add photos and a real description
Upload clear photos of your work, team, or location, and write a plain description of what you do and where you do it.
Verify and keep it active
Complete verification when Google asks, then keep the profile alive with posts, updated hours, responses to reviews, and seasonal photos.
Start earning reviews the honest way
Ask real customers after a completed job with a direct link to your review form. Never buy, trade, or write reviews — Google removes them and can penalize the profile.
A note on honest reviews
We never write, buy, trade, or incentivize reviews, and we do not ask customers to remove honest negative ones. Google removes fake reviews and can suspend profiles over them, and a profile full of generic five-star praise convinces nobody. Real words from real clients are worth more — and they are the only kind we ask for, for ourselves or for yours.
Where to find us
Our only official listings are on our Find us page — Google Maps, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and the founder's LinkedIn. If you see a listing with a different phone number, it is outdated and not managed by us.
